Shabbat Unplugged
Friday, March 3 at 6:30 pm
Hosted by: Yoni Frenkel and Deborah Fishman
Technology Shabbat is about completely unplugging from our mobile devices and being completely present with those around us at the Shabbat dinner table. Only then can we truly connect with those around us in deep conversation, good food, and fine wine.
Featuring: Four-course vegetarian dinner and wine. And homemade challah. Obviously.
Our speaker for the evening will be:
Elissa Weinzimmer is a voice and presence coach, and the founder of Voice Body Connection. Her work empowers speakers and performers to share their authentic voices more fully. Elissa’s clients include Broadway stars, major television personalities, politicians, and CEOs. She has coached clients for TED talks and appearances on the Today Show, and has led workshops for Microsoft, Hillary for America, the Columbia School of Public Health, The Voice Foundation, and the Body-Mind Centering Association. www.voicebodyconnection.com
